- Respect for All Counselling is a long-established counselling service overing the whole of Greater Manchester. On 01/06/2020 they launched a telephone helpline service for residents who are:
- People with Learning difficulties
- Autistic people
- Their family members and carers
Their counsellors will be running the service and, collectively, they have decades of experience in helping these clients. The aim is to support people who may be affected by the current COVID-19 crisis, or who just need some short-term telephone support.
You can call them on: 0461 532 4075. The phones will be staffed two hours a day with staggered opening times Monday to Saturday. There is also an answer phone available 24 hours a day – you can leave a message and someone will call back during office hours. The service is planned to run for at least 6 months, possibly 12, depending on demand and the current ongoing situation.
